Digitise maintenance and repairs with the mobile work order.

This app enables you to create and manage mobile work orders quickly and easily! The software ensures that you assign each work order to the correct employee. That way, the technician has all the necessary information instantly to hand. Thanks to integration with our maintenance and repairs module, you can also view which appliances each client has.

How do you return work orders to the software upon completion of the scheduled working hours or work orders?
- The customer signs the work order on the technician's smartphone or tablet and subsequently receives a payment request.
- The customer can pay for the completed work order immediately via a QR code. The invoice is sent automatically upon successful payment. (If you wish to make use of QR codes, then please contact the helpdesk to arrange this).
- Is the customer unavailable? Then you can tick the relevant check box and click on the 'close and process' button.

Please note: you require the 'maintenance and repairs' module in order to make use of the digital work order app.

Optional modules:
• Email module: enables you to send customer invoices.
• Recalculation: allows you to analyse the actual working hours performed and costs incurred.
• Agenda: provides an overview of your employees' work schedules.
• Rights: enables you to restrict employee access to work order invoices/prices.
• POM link: facilitates the use of QR codes.
